Dave is a professional mariner with 30+ years boating experience. He has studied at various maritime schools and holds a US Coast Guard issued 100 ton Captains License. Captain Dave’s passion for the sea and nature led him to achieve a Florida Master Naturalist Certification from the University of Florida. Dave’s favorite thing to do in life is to show people the natural beauty of Florida’s coastal environment and that is why he created “Captain Dave’s Eco Tours".
